AI&F | WELCOME FROM THE EDITOR

Welcome to our weekly edition of AI & Finance™!

Hello, friends, it was a huge week for AI news in the financial services, both good and bad. In fact, if you want to scroll on down to this week's AI Intelligence column, you'll find a little bit of both, as the piece contains evidence of both acceleration and speedbumps as the technology evolves. We start out, however, with a very superficial, but bleak, consideration of what AI-enhanced warfare might mean in our AI & Finance column, because naturally, any technology with some potential to expand human happiness and abundance also can be used to destroy swaths of humanity en masse. Our newsletter this time around also has a piece on AI orchestration, a type of AI that kind of brings everything together. AI Intelligence leans back more towards looking like a pure technology column, and Al & Ivy are on point again as we revisit a discussion about the household wealth effect at a moment when questions about the near- and mid-term trajectory of the economy are swirling... CHECK IT ALL OUT BELOW!

AI & FINANCE™ | NEWS FOR THE WEEK ENDING 3/13/26

Begun, the AI wars have. No, not in the figurative sense of technology companies competing in the marketplace. This means war. Literally. Please pardon the lame Star Wars reference from the a lame Star Wars movie, and welcome to another AI & Finance, where we have a lot of AI financial news coming at you in part because two big wealthtech- and fintech-oriented conferences are popping off at the same time on different sides of the U.S., resulting in an information dump. Maybe these tech conference companies should schedule their annual soirees against some of the declining investment and general wealth management conferences... CONTINUE HERE

AI EDUCATION | What Is AI Orchestration?

So we've decided to deploy AI in a workplace or across an enterprise. What are we actually doing? Chances are good that we're not picking a single piece of software or one system and implementing a single piece of AI-we want it across an enterprise or transforming an entire workplace. We don't want AI to do just one thing repeatedly-other technological forms of automation can handle single repetitive tasks without the expense or complexity of AI. We want AI that can multitask with expertise. That probably means that we're going to be implementing different types of AI, and different AI systems... CONTINUE HERE

At the same time, delays at major companies and internal strategic shifts highlight how quickly the competitive landscape is evolving. Together, these developments illustrate both the accelerating deployment of AI in real-world systems and the intensifying race to build the next generation of advanced models. In a landmark step for institutional AI adoption, the U.S. Senate approved the use of ChatGPT, Google... CONTINUE HERE
