This week our announcements are led by four deals exceeding the $100 million threshold. The top reported deal, per FinSMEs, came from San Francisco-based Grammarly, which raised $1 billion from General Catalyst in part to "grow its customer base and extend the reach of its AI productivity platform," according to its announcement.
